Narrative spatial piece for Vision Pro
The Stitch Line
The Stitch Line is an immersive sci-fi narrative. It riffs off stitch lines, the artifacts that can appear when you're combining video from multiple cameras into a coherent 360º whole.
Instead of these lines just being faults in a badly constructed 360º film, The Stitch Line imagines that they're real, and they're actually portals into another world.
The Stitch Line was initially shot as a 3D 360º film, but when I began working with the Vision Pro, I realized that it would be even more powerful in Apple's Immersive Video format. I'm currently finalizing a sound and picture edit optimized for this new medium.
